Are the roses real?

Yes, all of our roses are real and of premium quality.  We offer our arrangements in a single-color design.  In addition to this, we can also create tailored designs and can integrate beautiful patterns, letters, and symbols.  Please send your request to hello@bellaroseco.co.uk

How do I maintain my arrangements?

Do I have to water the roses?

No.  Our luxury roses are preserved using a gentle procedure and do not require watering.

Do the roses really last so long?

At the time of their most beautiful flowering, the roses are very carefully treated with a proprietary solution, this stops the growth of the rose in its most perfect state.  If looked after carefully the roses can last years.

Can I add a greeting card?

The arrangement comes with a complimentary greeting card.

I need many arrangements for an event?

Simply write to us with your individual requests at hello@bellaroseco.co.uk and we will discuss the various options.

Will my order look exactly like the photos on your website?

We will aim to ensure you that you will receive your BellaRoseCo product as shown on our website.  However please do understand that roses are a natural product and with all-natural things they are all slightly different which certainly adds to the beauty.  Certain factors like lighting and environment factors will give slight variations.

What happens after I have placed an order?

An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.  If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number.  If you have any further questions regarding the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at hello@bellaroseco.co.uk.

What happens in case of theft or accidental damage?

All deliveries are insured against theft and accidents.  Our arrangements are handled very carefully by our courier.  Inside the shipping box the roses remain secure and stable.  The insurance cover expires with a written confirmation of receipt once the arrangement has been delivered and accepted.

Can I have a different delivery address to the invoice address?

Simply enter the desired delivery address when placing an order and your roses will be shipped to this address whilst you receive the invoice yourself.
